Ordering

First check that we deliver to you using the postcode checker on all of our meal pages.

For Members: Head to our shop page, peruse our Choose your own menu, pick and choose what you’d like to eat and add it to your cart. Once that’s done login to your account, then review your order and complete the checkout process.

For Non-Members: Head to our shop page, peruse our Set Menus, add the set meal you'd like to try to your cart. Once that’s done create or login to your account, then review your order and complete the checkout process.

Head over to the Memberships tab, select the membership you wish to sign up for, add this to your cart and checkout out as normal. Be sure to purchase your membership with the email address linked to your account. If you do not have an account before purchasing, just be sure to create your account using the email address that purchased the membership.

Because we make our meals fresh, we need 3 days' notice to account for your order in our production schedule. This is why you have to place your order in advance and why we can’t process any alterations or cancellations after a certain timeframe.

As you’re going through the payment process, you should see the relevant field below the section where you enter your card details. Simply type or paste the promo code into this field. Before submitting your order, check your Order Summary to make sure your code has been applied.

Nope. However its worth noting that our delivery price does not change between 1-8 meals.
