Changes and Cancellations

We deliver fresh food twice a week to our standard members and those ordering meal sets and therefore have two cut-offs, Saturday at 8pm for a Tuesday delivery and Tuesday at 8pm for a Friday delivery. This cut off is in place to ensure we have the right stock levels for all ingredients and have time to prepare and cook your food.

We also prepare all the admin associated with your order which includes printing, arranging the labels for your meals, packing boxes and ensuring our couriers collect your parcel on time.

Therefore, we are unable to cancel or change your order after the cut off times due to costs and operational complexity associated.

Yes, you can cancel your account renewal at any time.

Under our Double Guarantee if you wish to cancel your current annual membership we will refund you in full any time during your first three months if you are dissatisfied.

You will need to log into your account with us to do this.

If you email us we will make every effort to meet your request but this cannot be guaranteed after the below deadlines:

– Before Saturday 8pm for Tuesday delivery


– Before Tuesday 8pm for Friday delivery

If you need to change an address after any of these times for an upcoming delivery, please contact us as soon as possible dean@theperryman.com

It is not possible to redirect a delivery on the day of delivery.
