No. Our driver will leave your delivery at the front door or in a secure place if you’re not home. Please add any special delivery instructions in the additional information section when placing your order.

On your selected delivery date, all your meals will be delivered fresh. They arrive in a cardboard box insulated with a thermal liner to keep them cool until you’re ready to pop them in the fridge. We include ice packs to keep your order chilled for up to 6 hours, so don’t stress if you can’t get to them straight away.

If this is the case, please be home to receive your delivery.

If our driver can’t access your apartment, they’ll have to leave your order at the entrance to your building.
