Meals

“Healthy” can be subjective, but we like to think so. Since The Perryman started we’ve based our menus on balancing the caloric content of our food with both their nutritional properties and their tase. Each of our meals contains a balance of protein, vitamins, minerals and fibre. All of our ingredients are free from artificial nonsense and rich in nutrients.

Of course (as long as you're a member)! We have an extensive ever-changing menu packed full of High Protein, Vegetarian and vegan meals to choose from, so we’re sure you’ll find something you love. If you’d rather we did the decision-making for you, we also have a range of curated meal sets to suit a range of nutritional needs.

Our meals are chef prepared and delivered fresh, so typically they have a refrigerated shelf life of about 3-5 days. Be sure to check the exact use-by date on the back-of-pack nutrition label. 

If you’re ever unable to finish your meals within their shelf life, you can always pop them into the freezer for extended storage. Just be sure to microwave your meal straight from the freezer and add a few extra minutes to reach the 165° F / 74°C internal temperature we recommend.

From the fridge, remove the sleeve, plastic lid and any inner pots from the container then microwave on high for 2—3 minutes until piping hot. Stir through and reheat for longer if you need to, otherwise enjoy! (Be sure to heat your meal for however long it takes to reach the 165° F / 74°C internal temperature we recommend).

Each of our meals is tinkered until it’s at its best when heated up in a microwave, so this really is our recommended heating method. You can, however, heat your meal in the oven or in a non-stick pan on the hob if you need to. Our trays are microwave safe, but they will melt in the oven or on the hob, so please transfer your meal to something appropriate first. (As long as you're heating your meal to the 165° F / 74°C internal temperature we recommend your meal will be safe to eat).
